We understand that schedules can change. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
Appointments can only be rescheduled once. Additional rescheduling requests will be treated as cancellations and subject to our standard cancellation policy.
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show), you will not be eligible for a refund. For virtual appointments, if you do not join the scheduled call within 15 minutes of the start time, it will be considered a no-show.
